Refund policy

  1. Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
  2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  3. You can return the purchased item within 30 days from the date you received it.
  4. To be eligible for a return, your SunSnugglie beach towel must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. If your return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will bear the cost of the return shipping. For all other returns, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
